DELIVERIES - GENERAL
You can send a parcel to an address other than your Billing Address. Simply fill in the appropriate boxes with your details when prompted during the Shipping section of the Checking Out process.

We are unable to modify your order or delivery address once credit card authorization has been completed. We encourage you to always check your delivery address before completing the checkout to avoid disappointment.

Note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.  
 
Handling - Our goal is to process and dispatch your order within 2 – 5 business days of receipt.

Shipping time to Australia 10 – 14 working days

• Up to $50 - Shipping & Handling Charge is $10.40 per order.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier.  All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.  Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
